Yet again the Scottish Government fails to be transparent

Last month it was reported that 1 in 4 of the adult Scottish population are now taking antidepressants [it should be noted that not all prescriptions are for the treatment of depression]. Following the publication of these ISD figures, Sue Webber, MSP asked this question of the First Minister:

I have since been shared the following response [non-response] from the Scottish Government to an FOI submission.
