RCPsych values courage of its members and staff [but not, it seems, of patients]

The Royal College of Psychiatrists C-I-R-C-L-E of values begins with the above statement on courage.  It seems wrong to me for an organisation to put its own “courage” ahead of that of patients. The Cumberlege review has evidenced the harmful consequences of such a one-sided approach.
