Lindertis House, in the Angus foothills, was the home of Sir Hugh Munro. It had its roof removed in the 1960s,and in the 1980s it was demolished completely by Charles Brand Ltd.

Hugh MUNRO of Lindertis, 1856-1919, was a Scottish mountaineer best known for his list of mountains in Scotland over 3,000 feet (914.4 m), known as Munros.

This film is for my son Andrew. Together we climbed Lochnagar. Having reached the summit, in rapidly deteriorating weather, we found oorsels’ lost!
