Two years to the day, from the release of the outcome of the public consultation on my petition, I returned to the Scottish Parliament to make a peaceful, one man protest. The following images are from my day in Edinburgh.
The Scottish public wanted to see sunshine legislation and they will always have my support for this.
‘Bauld Fergusson, tho lang syne deid,
Shamed o thae curs wir kintra lead,
An hud the nous e’en yet tae rede,
Brave Peter’s placard;
Whiles MSP’s aa turnt their heids,
Puir craven bastards!!’
A poem by Rab Wilson aboot Peter Gordon.
