Today, I crossed the bridge
that you set out on
as December 1897 closed.
Changes have taken place in Glen Lyon.
But Maggie you would still
recognise the beauty.
Note: This short poem is for Maggie Thomson who died from exposure, age 18 years, when walking over the hills from Dalchiorlich in Glen Lyon to Morenish, Loch Tay
