Upper Quoigs

Early this morning I visited the abandoned farm of Upper Quoigs, Greenloaning.

In the attic of Upper Quoigs I came across a scatter of left-behinds, all plastered with pigeon poo: an album by Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band; Julius Caesar ‘Thinking it over’, and by far the most crapped on: ‘The New Intellectual’:

  1. This is where my Nan and Pop used to live and where my Mum grew up! I spent a lot of time on the farm and summers, up until 2003. I found that attic a creepy place though- sometimes we would hear banging around from up there in the middle of the night. I think it was always kept locked unless someone was going up there.
