Gallanachmore Minefield Control Tower was a World War II Extended Defence Officers Post (XDO)
It is situated at Gallanachmore above the Sound of Kerrera.
It is a large concrete tower with a pointed top with an electrical contactor room. The tower was the control position for the submarine minefield placed across the Sound of Kerrera.
The images in this film were taken on a visit to Gallanachmore on the 13th March 2019.
