Shapes abandoned

It was lovely to find Earlshall featured in this week’s Scotland on Sunday and to hear how yew shapes abandoned in an Edinburgh garden were brought to this Fife garden over 130 years ago.

Earlshall is a garden that I have loved since I first visited it in 1991. The last time I visited was in 2008 with my family and I made a film called ‘The Giant’s Garden’:
