I rarely, if ever, feel that I have made a good film. I just do ‘what I do’, go with the feel, enjoy the creative adventure. That said, I reckon that this is one of my better short films. It was made for my older sister Catriona, who since anorexia nervosa as a child has struggled with her mental health. Catriona, as a child, guided me. She had fantastic imagination and was the bright-eyed centre of childhood play. My wee sister and I benefited so much from her natural brilliance.
