Luca our cat is now 16 years old. Sadly she has ‘lost’ her two ‘siblings’: Domino, died last year and Heidi, this year.
Currently, Luca has a new ‘friend’ to share the house with: our daughter’s young cat Dido [who is not yet adult size]. Dido is a house cat and so we have had to get a collar for Luca – with a magnet for the cat-flap – so that only Luca can get outdoors. Luca does not like her new collar!
In this photograph, taken yesterday, you can see from all the loose fur that Luca has been trying to scratch her collar off! She has not succeeded in this. It is clearly a tiring job!
