The background image is of one of the control panels at Ardeer Power Station. I visited this abandoned power station many years ago with an NHS colleague. On the control panel for the Power Station, one button and its label, was bigger than all the rest. That button was the ‘MAIN STEAM’ button. I recall joking with my friend that this could be misread as ‘MAINSTREAM’. I was referring to what has been termed ‘Mainstream Psychiatry’. By this time any ‘steam’ that I once had, had virtually evaporated.
