Yes redress is rare and so the bullies will continue.
What worries me most is that bullying by those in positions of power may cause great harm. It is no exaggeration to say that unecessary deaths could result.
The Professor in this article talked of “values”. It does make you wonder what is “valued” and what is not? For me values begin and end with kindness to others.
