On Monday afternoon I had a walk up the hill and was sad to find a ‘TO LET’ notice outside the Italian restaurant ‘Vecchia Bologna’. It was here that we celebrated with Rachel her 18th birthday and where my family joined me for my 50th birthday.
The notice board in the grounds of Vecchia Bologna is now empty and all you can see is the patterned backing paper with the village faintly reflected in the protective glass:
