In a previous post I shared a response from Audit Scotland to a FOI request that sought to clarify how much public money was going to “Quality Improvement Partners” such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Boston, USA.
In their response, Audit Scotland argued reasons why this information could not be shared. These reasons were subsequently challenged. I have since been copied into the review of this decision, dated 22 August 2018.
