Are there now more ‘toolkits’ in healthcare than in B & Q?

As an NHS doctor I was recently sent this “development toolkit”:

Healthcare has become ever more reliant on tools, toolkits, dashboards, hubs and traffic lights.

All those involved in healthcare need to consider the potential consequences of the widespread use of such mechanical approaches.
