‘Enhancing shared decision making about discontinuation of antidepressant medication’

This article features in the current edition of the British Journal of General Practice. I can share only the summary as it is not free-to-view. My reading of the findings is that it is far more difficult to ‘discontinue’ an antidepressant than it is to start an antidepressant. One wonders how ‘informed’ of this ‘difficulty’ were those so prescribed?
