In a recent post I wrote about how I could not find this publication on Suicide Risk and the SSRIs in the list of publications given by Professor Sir Simon Wessely.
It would seem that this is not the only publication not to be included in an extensive list of publications. I have not been able to find this BMJ publication of 2003:
