June 2019: We were based at Dryburgh – the home of the Earl of Buchan and the resting place of Walter Scott.

Music credits:
(1) No room in frame – Death Cab for Cutie (Tiny Desk Concert)
(2)  Tomorrow – the Cranberries (Tiny Desk Concert)

The dawn chorus was recorded at Dryburgh at 4am on the 28th June 2019.

Whilst at Dryburgh I was reading: ‘The Driver’s Seat’ by Muriel Spark and ‘Pale Fire’ by Vladimir Nabokov.
