This frontpage advert featured in several Scottish newspapers in June 1943. This was during WWII and in the very month that my mother was born here in Bridge of Allan.
My mother, Margaret Scott, is a special person. As her son, you would of course expect me to say that, but she is!
My mother is one of the most selfless people that you might meet. My mother, and her mother, have been guiding lights for me.
When I am gone my mother will live on in her grandchildren and in the generations that follow. There could be nothing ‘BRIEF’ about that sort of wonder!
