The pathway leading up to the Glentulchan Gardener’s House reminds me of one of the paths leading up to Little Sparta.
It would seem that the Dovecot from Glentulchan was converted, at some stage before 1851, into a house for the Head Gardener. In 1851 the Head Gardener for Graeme Reid Mercer of Glentulchan was Alexander Johnstone:
