We have lived in Bridge of Allan for two decades and throughout this time the shop ‘Country Pursuits’ has been a comforting presence on Henderson Street (the main thoroughfare through the village).
The day after ‘Brexit Day’ we noticed, with sadness, that ‘Country Pursuits’ had CLOSED for business.
I passed the shop today and gone are the wellies, coats and walking gear. All that was left was this:
