“Blew the study leave budget on BAP Masterclasses”

This was a recent statement made by a senior NHS Scotland psychiatrist who is one of the leads on quality improvement in NHS Scotland. It was said in the public domain to the Chair of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (Scotland).

This was one of the ‘BAP masterclasses’ that this senior NHS doctor attended.
