I was delighted to see the Perth poet William Soutar on the front page of the Scotsman of 4th January 2018. Ajay Close is correct, William Soutar has a most rightful place in Scotland’s history of creative brilliance.
I have since read his Diaries of a Dying Man and put together a short selection of passages.
