I worked at Bannockburn Hospital, where I was one of two NHS doctors in charge of ward 1 and ward 2. These wards were for older adults who had serious mental health problems. I was one of the last doctors to work at Bannockburn Hospital. It had one of the best views of Stirling. It was demolished in 2012. A crematorium was built in its place.
I have been the ‘last doctor’ for a number of hospitals, including: Kingseat Hospital, Kildean Hospital, Sauchie Hospital and Clackmannan County Hospital.
