Samson’s foot mark

In the old Ordnance Survey book of 1858 there is an account of ‘Samson’s foot mark’ at the west end of Thurso beach, next to a rocky outcrop known as ‘Long Goes’:

I have not been able to find more recent accounts of this ‘foot mark’ and so I am wondering if it still exists? I did however come across this account from October 1843 of ‘Samson’s stone’ whose ‘Disruption’ was complete:

In february 2020 I was staying near Thurso with my wife Sian. At that time, I did not know about ‘Samson’s foot mark’. However I did make this film about the sad end of Captain Slater a few months before Samson’s rock was blown up:
