Rendezvous Restaurant

Last week we visited Castle Douglas where we had lunch. This was not in the ‘Rendezvous Restaurant‘ as it has long been closed. The above photograph of street art is where the ‘Rendezvous’ used to operate. This was at No 220 King Street, Castle Douglas. I have put together the following timeline of No 220. This reveals not just the passage of time but also how incomplete timelines generally are! Art can then step in and be an ‘Act of Daring!‘
