Yesterday, we were fortunate to have tickets for the Autumn International between Scotland and Fiji at Murrayfield. It was a great game and Scottish winger Darcy Graham scored 4 tries.
Murrayfield stadium has been re-branded and is now named SCOTTISH GAS MURRAYFIELD. Flashing screens all around us advertised a range of brands, including alcohol, private healthcare, gambling, sportswear and cars.

There is very little that is more important than listening. It is something that we all value and it costs nothing. The approach of the Samaritans reminds us that, in listening, organisations need to hear the voices from outside as well as within.
