The RCPsych International Congress 2017 “performed well”

The Annual Report and Financial Statement of the Royal College of Psychiatrists for 2017 has recently been published. This includes following analysis:

Despite being a working NHS psychiatrist  and a member of the College I chose not to attend this International Congress. I have longstanding concerns that potential competing financial interests of those contributing are not made sufficiently clear and as a result marketing can be misunderstood as “education”.
